Service Description
Our physician can also remove unwanted skin tags or warts using cryotherapy. $30.00 for the first removal, then $20.00 for each additional removal during the same session. The treatment will begin with an initial consult with the doctor on what you need removed.
Cancellation Policy
At dermscan, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring compensation for booked machine time that goes unused. To achieve this balance, we have established the following policy regarding last-minute cancellations and no-shows. DEFINITIONS: Last-Minute Cancellation: A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. No-Show: A client who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or contact. Late-Arrival: A client who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time. POLICY DETAILS: Cancellation Fee: If a client elects to cancel their service any time up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service time, a Full refund of purchased service cost minus a $50 administrative fee will be issued. Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be issued to Clients who cancel their appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we will make every effort to reschedule the canceled appointment to a more convenient time for the client, without incurring any charges. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our clients. In cases where a last-minute cancellation is due to a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may waive last minute cancellation . Please contact our clinic to discuss your situation with our staff. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice or contact will be treated as a last minute cancellation as described above. We consider a late arrival of more than 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time to be a No Show. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. In such cases, we will work with you as best as possible to reschedule the missed appointment. Please contact our clinic to discuss your situation with our staff.
